KOPI VERMOUTH

50ml Mancino Kopi Vermouth - 20ml Dry Gin - 20ml Campari

Aromatic profile

A melange of Italian white wines blended with Indonesian coffee extract. Medium sweet with bitter Robusta notes and a Tiramisu nose. Light brew coffee colour.

Mancino Kopi Vermouth combines its delicate and creamy palate typical of a "barista" style coffee with the luxurious variant of the famous Mancino Vermouth. It recalls childhood memories in Italy related to the preparation of the tiramisù and combines them with the adventurous experiences of coffee in Asia. In Kopi we find all the characteristics of Mancino Vermouth with the addition of 14 Robusta beans hand selected in Java and subjected to a dark roasting in Naples by Barbera Caffè, for a content of 0.5% of coffee per bottle. 17% Vol.

Mancino Vermouth

At Mancino, each bottle of vermouth is the fruit of meticulous craftsmanship. They select 40 botanical plants from Italy, England, Vietnam and India, which are ground in the historic mill in Piedmont. The botanical extracts are then mixed with Trebbiano di Romagna IGP wine, powdered sugar and a neutral alcohol made from sugar beet. After 30 days of extraction and careful filtration, the vermouth is left to rest for 6 months in stainless steel vats before being bottled. Each stage guarantees a vermouth of exceptional quality, ready to be enjoyed the world over.
