Produced through the fortification of a delicate Trebbiano di Romagna and the infusion of 37 aromatic herbs. The Mancino Vermouth di Torino Bianco Ambrato is slightly bitter with aromas of alpine rose, chamomile, elderflower, gentian and mint, sweet orange and ginger, pink grapefruit, cardamom, liquorice and quinine. Ideal for Vesper, neat or on the rocks with a wedge of orange or a few splashes in the Gin & Vodka Tonic.
Mancino Vermouth
At Mancino, each bottle of vermouth is the fruit of meticulous craftsmanship. They select 40 botanical plants from Italy, England, Vietnam and India, which are ground in the historic mill in Piedmont. The botanical extracts are then mixed with Trebbiano di Romagna IGP wine, powdered sugar and a neutral alcohol made from sugar beet. After 30 days of extraction and careful filtration, the vermouth is left to rest for 6 months in stainless steel vats before being bottled. Each stage guarantees a vermouth of exceptional quality, ready to be enjoyed the world over.
