Japanese liqueurs

Sake is the emblematic alcohol of Japan. Made from rice, it is around 15°. It is drunk like a wine throughout the meal. The essential ingredients for any Sake are rice, water, koji (a fungus that extracts sugar from the starch of rice) and yeast.
