Nose
Delicate and floral, with aromas of acacia honey, vanilla, toasted wholemeal bread and gentle woody spices.
Palate
Sweet and honeyed, with hints of crème caramel and toasted almonds, enhanced by hints of lemon zest and herbal freshness.
FInish
A surge of sweetness quickly followed by a hint of sparkling spice.

The Tomintoul distillery
The Tomintoul distillery was built in 1965 and acquired by Angus Dundee in 2000. Located in the Speyside region, Tomintoul is the fruit of the pure water of the Ballantruan spring and the fresh air of the Cairngorms National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The distillery is named after the village of Tomintoul, the highest village in the Scottish Highlands.
