Tomintoul Seiridh, pronounced 'sheh-ree', takes its name from the Gaelic word for sherry. This perfectly balanced single malt has been aged in American bourbon oak casks before being matured in carefully selected Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez in Andalusia, Spain.
