Learn more
This sake is brewed with Okusawa spring water and high quality rice grains. It is a Junmai-Daiginjo, the highest rate of polishing of rice grains for a sake, with the aim of reaching the core of the grains to extract the aromatic richness and full flavor. Added to this, edible gold treasures give it a festive and refined side as well as its washi label, a handmade paper used in Japan since the 7th century. It can be drunk cold or at temperature and will go very well with all dishes in sauce as well as seafood.
