Godzilla Sake is a Junmai Daiginjo, the highest grade of sake, with a 50% rice polishing rate, which means that each grain of rice must be polished to at least 50%. The brewery's vat is made of 100 year old cedar wood and is one of the largest vats in Japan with its capacity of 6,500 liters! This brings complex and powerful notes to the sake. Strong aromas like Godzilla!
