Hakata No Hana Smoky Oak is a shochu with 99% barley and 1% rice for 100% happiness! 3 different batches of unaged distilled barley are blended with 2 batches of distilled barley aged in oak barrels (for 1 year) and a batch of rice distilled and aged for 3 years in oak. The result is a surprisingly smooth and smoky Shochu. Very good fresh and without ice.
