Hakata No Hana Premium 5 years is a splendid example of a Shochu made in the rules of art! 3 different batches of barley are distilled and aged separately before being blended into a single beverage. A rare and delicious Shochu to be drunk chilled. 80% single distillation at 44% vol. Aged for 5 years in stainless steel tanks, 20% double distillation at 66% vol. Aged in wood for more than 5 years.
