Mizuho Island Spirits is an unaged Awamori ("Ippanshu") produced by Mizuho Distillery on the island of Okinawa in the Ryukyu Archipelago. The Mizuho distillery has recently developed "Mizuho Island Spirits" in order to develop new ways of consumption and to reach the world of mixology. Awamori is traditionally consumed on ice, dry or warmed up but it is also an excellent base for cocktails, fresh and fruity.
