Dragon & Jade Baijiu is proudly distilled, aged, and bottled in China. Representing the world's most consumed spirit, surpassing even whiskey and vodka combined, this precious treasure of Chinese culture combines tradition and excellence, offering exceptional quality and refined taste.
Dragon & Jade draws its inspiration from ancient Chinese mythology, where the dragon symbolizes bravery and luck, while jade evokes purity and prosperity. These symbols embody the tradition, quality, and excellence of Chinese baijiu, embodied by Dragon & Jade.
Qingxiang Baijiu is one of the oldest and most traditional types in China. Made from a meticulous selection of grains such as rice, corn, wheat, sorghum, and glutinous rice, this baijiu undergoes a solid or semi-solid fermentation and distillation process to create a spirit with unique characteristics. Its aromatic profile offers a perfect combination of pure aromas, sweetness, smoothness, and freshness on the palate, captivating the senses and the most discerning palates.
Traditionally, Baijiu has a high alcohol content, between 50° and 65°. Baijiu Dragon & Jade is ideally drunk at 40° for a more accessible tasting experience. Enjoy it neat or in cocktails.
