Tasting advice
In a coupette, add 45ml Lyre's Coffee Originale, 15ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit, 45ml fresh coffee and 10ml vanilla syrup. Shake dry. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake and strain. To finish, garnish with coffee beans or freshly grated dark chocolate.
