Tasting advice
In a coupette, add 45ml Lyre's Dry London Tonic, 10ml elderflower cordial, 20ml mint tea syrup, 30ml lemon juice, 2-3 drops peach and 6 to 8 fresh basil leaves. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a bunch of basil.
