Renowned barman Giancarlo Mancino has revisited the classic Bellini in a non-alcoholic version: BelliNO. This is made with the same ingredients as the Bellini, but using a different production process: we use natural white peach pulp from Trentino-Alto Adige, combined with white Moscato grape juice, instead of Moscato sparkling wine, giving us aromatic flavours similar to its alcoholic version. A perfect marriage of flavours that will delicately envelop your palate and senses in a ready-to-drink cocktail. BelliNO is perfect for brunch, but just as delicious served at a party as a non-alcoholic aperitif that guests can enjoy with petits-fours.
