Kobu Sake Brewery
The Kobu Sake Brewery in Mitsutake Shuzojo, located in the city of Kashima, Japan, produces City Hunter gins. The brewery uses high quality groundwater and locally grown rice to make its spirits. It has a long history of sake production dating back to the Edo era and is run by the 14th generation of the family. The brewery is located in an avenue lined with traditional warehouses and participates in the annual Flower & Sake Festival. The brewery's motto is "Innovation from tradition", which is reflected in its commitment to constantly improve the quality of its products while preserving traditional brewing methods.
