Tokyo Night Japanese Gin is distilled from sugarcane molasses. It was made following a secret recipe using several mainly local botanicals such as yuzu bark or matcha powder, sourced from independent farmers. There are also juniper berries, coriander seeds and licorice. The botanicals are macerated for 24 hours.
Tokyo Nights is a range of Japanese spirits. It is composed of a gin, a rum and a vodka made from sugar cane.
