Ramsburry Gin is distilled on the estate of the same name located in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside in the United Kingdom.
Ramsbury Single Estate is a modern take on the classic London Dry gin. It is made from wheat grown on the estate and distilled in a copper pot still. Before being redistilled, 14 botanicals are added to the base spirit including quince grown locally on Ramsburry Estate for a sweet and fruity flavor. Distilled in 160L small batches, the gin is distilled to 80 proof and then reduced to 40 proof with estate water before being filtered and bottled on site.

The Ramsbury Estate is located in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside in the United Kingdom. It is first and foremost a farm before being a distillery. Within the 19,000 hectares of land are the distillery, the milling shed, the orchard, the Hotario wheat crops and a lake. The knowledge of the environment and the land is at the heart of Ramsburry's production.
