Bayab Rose Water Gin captures the essence of its native land by combining the purest Midlands water with African botanicals such as the fruit of the Zambian baobab tree, cinnamon, rose petals, and coriander. The addition of rose water and sea salt enhances the floral and iodine notes for a gin with remarkable flavors.
Midlands Distillery
The Bayab Distillery is located in the midlands, a beautiful region of kwazulu-natal that extends from the mooi river to the drakenburg mountains. The distillery combines the natural beauty of the continent and the people to create this rare african gin. The baobab fruit at the heart of our gins comes from zambia and madagascar which gives unique citrus flavour. The rest of our Ingredients are sourced and grown in our home, the lush lands of the kwazulu-natal midlands, which also contributes the purest of waters to blend our gins.
