Joe Got A Gun was distilled, aged and bottled by Mike Williams in Maury County in the state of Tennessee, USA. This batch is a Straight Tennessee Whiskey selected from 20 barrels. Following the great Tennessee distilling tradition, the grain base (80% wheat, rye) is a Sour Mash (using some of the previous fermentation in the actual mash) and the filtration done over charcoal.
