Learn more
Wilcox is a 40% vol. bourbon. Made in the American tradition, in the heart of the Kentucky region, with a modern twist. It is composed of 60% corn and 40% barley. The distillation process produces a "white bourbon" at 80% vol. It is aged in new American white oak toasted barrels for 2 years, which brings color and smoky aromas. The barrels are then blended and adjusted to 40% vol. by dilution with fresh water. The result is a round and easy to drink bourbon.
