Cannon Blast is distilled in Venezuela in column from sugar cane molasses. This rum is aged for 8 years in oak barrels in a tropical climate. Fermentation lasts between 12 and 16 hours and distillation is done with four columns. The barrels were carefully selected for the assembly of this rum of greedy and complex character with a beautiful structure with notes of tobacco, leather and candied fruits.
