This aged Barbados rum has been redistilled with vanilla, Madagascar clove, cardamom and delicious Peruvian raw cacao for a rich, gourmet finish. Inspired by the way top chefs and chocolatiers use salt to enhance taste and flavor, Spirited Union added a pinch of organic sea salt from Añana, Spain.
