Bati means "warrior" in Fijian. Bati rums are made from local sugar cane molasses.
Bati Dark is made from hand-cut Fijian sugar cane molasses, a method that results in a richer and purer cane juice and therefore a smoother, higher quality molasses. Distilled with extremely pure local water, the sweetness of Rum is accentuated by filtration through coconut charcoal, one of the most efficient filtration techniques in the world.
