Yumehibiki umeshu is aged for three years, then placed in white oak casks, which have contained premium whiskey, for additional aging. This is the best authentically aged umeshu, with a blend of whiskey and wood notes straight from the cask. The sweetness and richness of flavors conferred by the long maturation, and the woody notes make this umeshu a unique and authentic product from the flagship plum growing region of Japan.
