In 1846, the company's founder, Hubert Underberg, carefully selected herbs from 43 countries and developed a process to ensure the gentle extraction of the active ingredients from these exquisite aromatic herbs. And so Underberg was born. Magical herbs from 43 countries. A recipe guarded by just five people. Powerful. Versatile. Natural. Pure. Non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and kosher. Hygienically packaged. Perfectly dosed and easy to handle, creating magical moments to suit your taste. In 2021, Underberg celebrates its 175th anniversary, ushering in a trendy new world of ‘Pop Art Meets Tradition’ where tradition meets modernity. Underberg has always been synonymous with pure pleasure through a multi-faceted bitter experience: with friends, in the mountains, with a beer, outdoors, as a stimulant, or after a good meal.
