The distillery's first gin, Craft Gin Setouchi Lemon is designed with paramount importance placed on creating a flavour that truly captures the delicacy of lemon. By deliberately choosing lemon as the key botanical ingredient, Setouchi's aim is to create a gin that is easy to drink for everyone, from beginners to connoisseurs. The gin combines carefully selected ingredients, such as lemon, Japanese green tea, which blends well with lemon, and high-quality water from springs 60 metres underground on Mount Haigamine, a free-standing mountain 737 metres above the town of Kure.
