The bouquet offers rich, balanced aromas of hay, grain, stone fruit, banana, almond and vanilla. Subtle additions of sea spray and lightly toasted oak add to the complexity.
Palate
With its light honey tinge, Highland Malt offers a sweet bouquet of earth, light grain, stone fruit and almonds, which add to each sip. A pleasant and rewarding depth of flavor can be found with a natural influence of aged oak, nutty grain and warm spices.
Finish
The welcoming smoke helps to gently lift the palate.
